Private Aviation Advisor

Build strong relationships with clients, providers, and operators through proactive cold calling to develop the company portfolio. Negotiate and sell the best flight options while maintaining bespoke service standards before, during, and after every flight. Monitor all flights day-to-day, including outside office hours, and supervise airport check-ins and client meetings. This role requires fluent German and English, an undergraduate degree, and the ability to multitask under high pressure. Flexible working hours and shifts apply, with weekends off varying based on flight watch schedules.
