Job Summary
Design and oversee client-specific privacy and data protection programs, evaluating existing controls to identify gaps and build actionable roadmaps. Lead end-to-end implementation of TrustArc solutions, including data mapping, DPIAs, consent management, and DSAR workflows to support GDPR, DPDP, and other regulations. Conduct comprehensive gap assessments, PIAs, RoPA, and audits across diverse sectors while providing strategic guidance on global frameworks like ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and NIST. Drive third-party risk assessments, incident response planning, and ISMS documentation in alignment with certification requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact privacy solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in data privacy, protection, or cybersecurity consulting
- Strong understanding of global privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and others
- Solid grasp of ISO 27001, 27701, NIST, and related standards
- ISMS, PIMS, DPDPA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, UK DPA, PIPEDA Compliance & Frameworks
- Privacy Tools (e.g., Securiti.ai)
- Experience in AI Privacy Assessments
- Experience in compliance projects
- Experience in ISMS implementation
- Experience in client communication
