Job Summary
Midlevel Privacy & Security Associate Attorney sought for Chambers-ranked Privacy Class Action Defense Team in Dallas. 4-6 years of experience in privacy litigation, with responsibilities including briefing, written discovery, document production, and depositions. Requires excellent oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, client-service orientation, and ability to analyze and interpret laws and regulations to support strategy. Required Qualifications
- JD or equivalent law degree
- Bar admission in Texas or ability to be admitted
- 4-6 years of law practice experience
- Experience in privacy litigation, class action defense
- Experience in pre-trial litigation including briefing, discovery, depositions
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Client-service oriented with collaborative approach
- Familiarity with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
- Top academic credentials and relevant AmLaw firm experience
- Ability to work in a Dallas-based office (hybrid work arrangement)
- Ability to attach writing sample and transcript during application
