Privacy Operations Manager Senior

Own and optimize privacy platforms to ensure accessibility and compliance for diverse consumer populations. Partner with Legal, Compliance, IT, and business teams to maintain effective privacy tools, workflows, and cross-functional initiatives. Track performance metrics, compliance deadlines, and operational effectiveness while providing insights that drive continuous improvement. Lead privacy tool enhancements, translate regulatory requirements into actionable solutions, and support audits, control assessments, and compliance reviews. Resolve operational issues, improve processes through automation, and prepare the organization for regulatory and policy changes. Maintain clear process documentation, standards, and operating procedures to support consistent and equitable privacy operations. Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to ensure privacy solutions meet business and customer needs. Provide training and knowledge sharing to build awareness and inclusive privacy practices across the organization.
