Prison Facilitator - HMP Highpoint

Lead the delivery and development of Shannon Trust's prison-based reading and numeracy programme at HMP Highpoint, working closely with the prison, staff, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors to maximise opportunities for people in prison to learn to read. The role requires experience in prison settings, strong relationship-building, resilience and problem-solving abilities, and it involves prison-based work with a fixed-term until 31 March 2028 (potential permanency subject to contract renewal). The post may be offered as part-time (18 hours) depending on contract award.
