Arrive quickly to scenes, engage homeowners or authorized contacts, and sell restoration solutions to remediate damage. Build and maintain relationships with local emergency response agencies and customers, leverage emergency lead sources, and collaborate with sales teammates to gather on-the-spot information about the customer. Maintain a weekly activity log and a customer database, while managing a high-pressure environment with a focus on rapid response.
