Job Summary
Provide in-home care for clients in Brookeville, PA and surrounding areas as a Home Health Aide. Responsibilities include personal care assistance, incontinence care and mobility support, companionship and emotional support, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands and transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Qualifications include a valid CNA license or completion of the state competency test, a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle, willingness to accept client assignments from the waitlist to qualify for the special rate, and required health screenings (Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray).
