PrintoLUX Operations Lead

PrintoLUX Operations Lead role combines sales support, customer engagement, and technical assistance with hands-on inventory and operational management. Serves as the primary point of contact for PrintoLUX-related activities, coordinating customer inquiries, demonstrations, sample requests, and product evaluations while ensuring timely support, product expertise, and service throughout the sales and fulfillment process. Responsibilities span Sales & Customer Support (coordinating inquiries, identifying opportunities, maintaining relationships, coordinating demonstrations and product evaluations, supporting forecasting), Technical Support (troubleshooting, coordinating with manufacturers and engineering, providing installation/startup guidance, maintaining documentation), and Operations & Material Handling (receiving, storing, moving inventory, cycle counts, logistics, procurement, and maintaining organization). Administrative & Operational Leadership includes developing procedures, continuous improvement, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies. Qualifications emphasize an Associate’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in relevant environments, strong organizational and communication skills, technical aptitude for industrial marking and automation, proficiency with ERP/inventory systems and Microsoft Office, and ability to travel periodically; forklift experience is a plus.
