Job Summary
SAP Production Control Coordinator responsible for the accuracy, flow, and integrity of production data in SAP. Supports daily manufacturing operations by reviewing production orders (PP), performing TECOs, resolving COGI/inventory discrepancies, and ensuring postings align with month-end financial processes. Acts as a bridge between production, materials management, planning, and finance to ensure smooth execution and accurate reporting in a fast-paced packaging environment. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory across PSA/NONHU locations, resolving stock variances, coordinating with warehouse and production teams, troubleshooting SAP transactions (CO11N, COHV, COGI, COOIS, etc.), ensuring data integrity for KPIs, and supporting cross-functional teams to optimize material availability, order readiness, and shop-floor reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Post-secondary diploma in inventory management or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally in packaging.
- Experience in production reporting, inventory control, or materials management.
