Job Summary
Assist in operating presses by handling make-ready, perforation cuts, mounting plates, and paper changes to meet job specifications. Ensure paper meets standards, prepare splices for continuous operations, and visually inspect impressions for quality. Perform preventative maintenance including lubricating presses, cleaning, and inspecting components. Accurately report paper usage by recording relevant data while following directions from Pressmen. Maintain respectful communication with team members throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications

- strong mechanical aptitude
- mechanical troubleshooting skills
- effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Monday-Wednesday E/O Sunday 7PM-7AM
- Thursday-Saturday E/O Sunday 7AM-7PM
- Thursday-Saturday E/O Sunday 7PM-7AM
- Full-time
- $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
- 12-hour shifts

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in press/printing roles such as Press Assistant, Press Jogger, or Roll Tender
