Job Summary
Press Operator responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining and troubleshooting a wide web, 8-color Central Impression Flexo Press. Verify printed product against customer proofs, perform quality inspections (color, pH, viscosity, visual), follow GMP/SQF SOPs, and train the Press Room Assistant to run the press during breaks or absences. Maintain a clean, safe work area, document daily materials and downtime, and communicate needs to the Press Room Assistant and management. Aligns with GMP/SQF procedures, contributes to continuous improvement of SOPs, and supports quality control throughout print runs.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work an eight-hour shift, including weekends and overtime as needed
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Excellent math and writing abilities
- Ability to accept additional responsibility and learn new tasks
