Job Summary
Operate and maintain rotogravure printing presses in a 1st shift-like night schedule environment (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday; schedule may shift). Responsibilities include preparing the press for production, setting up and assisting the Rotogravure Printer, maintaining job materials inventories, and learning color development techniques. Requires a good attitude, punctuality, strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, and mechanical aptitude to support press operations; prior experience in printing/manufacturing and vocational training in machine shop are preferred. The role offers a pathway to advanced opportunities in rotogravure printing and related pay scales. Location is Pittsfield, MA with consideration for close-by areas as noted; extensive benefits package included.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Experience in manufacturing or printing preferred
- Completion of vocational training in machine shop preferred
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds
- Color vision required
