Printing - POTA - PRESS OPERATOR A: Operates a single press in the Printing Department under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor or Lead Operator. Responsible for press set-ups, color matching, identifying and addressing press issues, maintaining print quality, following job cards, ensuring a safe and clean work area, and coordinating daily plan with supervision. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; requires problem-solving, self-direction, and compliance with safety and quality procedures; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience with wide-web press and plastic film/bag manufacturing is preferred.
