Printing and Scanning Specialist

Printing and Scanning Specialist oversees and ensures accurate print downs and maintains high-quality document preparation for scanning in a high-production environment. Operates multiple printers and/or scanners, verifies document types via routing forms, ensures all documents are scanned and that the number of scanned documents matches the transmittal, routes documents to post scanning, and directs materials to image QC. Performance is measured by KPI metrics based on task completion and maintaining an acceptable error rate, requiring strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting. The role emphasizes collaboration, organization, and a commitment to diverse and inclusive work practices. Education required is High School Diploma or equivalent.
