Job Summary
Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with necessary documentation, ensuring accurate record keeping. Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field, shop, or on-site maintenance to meet customer demands while showcasing strong communication skills. Maintain all technical information, field service reports, expense reports, and assigned Canon property. Monitor machine performance to help achieve branch and district metric targets. This customer-facing role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds while traveling to supported locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- basic understanding of internet environments
- Ability to travel
- valid driver's license
- acceptable driving record
- Ability to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling)
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- reside in the United States at the time of hire
Desired Qualifications
- successfully complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class
