Job Summary
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with digital networked copiers, scanners, printers, wide-format devices, and fax machines while performing preventative maintenance and complex repairs on office equipment. Utilize company systems to manage service call tickets, update part usage, and document repairs efficiently, adhering to proper troubleshooting procedures including firmware updates and part replacement. Maintain a well-stocked service vehicle with necessary tools, parts, and inventory, providing exceptional customer service with clear updates on repair status. Work Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM, requiring a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing copier equipment
