Job Summary
Operate the DTFx printer and heat press machines, including spot sublimation designs and application. Manage art files and production setups using Excel and Adobe Illustrator; convert and set up inks; run the DTFx machine to produce high-quality designs on garments and hats, with quality checks and light maintenance to ensure continuous operation. Collaborate with adjacent departments to ensure timely production and adhere to safety practices (OSHA). Able to lift 30-50 lbs and work on-site Monday–Friday 8am–4pm; contribute to team goals and assist with other duties as needed. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification a plus
- Previous experience in machine operation, training, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in using Excel for data management and Adobe Illustrator for art files
