Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance on Canon-supported products while meeting customer demands for efficient, responsive, and accurate on-site service. Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with necessary documentation, ensuring accurate record keeping. Maintain technical information, Field Service Reports, and expense reports, and showcase strong customer communication skills to achieve branch metric targets. Properly maintain assigned machines and comply with customer policies and protocols, including vaccination requirements. This role requires a High School diploma, valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds while active more than 50 percent of the time. Travel is required, and candidates must obtain necessary security clearances. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $26.50 hourly with a transportation allowance.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling)
- Ability to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Residency in the United States at the time of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of internet environments
- Ability to successfully complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class
