Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance on Canon-supported products while delivering efficient, responsive, and accurate field, shop, and on-site service. Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with necessary documentation to support accurate record-keeping. Maintain technical information, field service reports, and expense reports while ensuring customer satisfaction and branch metric targets. Travel to customer sites with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, obtaining required security clearances to enter premises. Lift 50 pounds and remain active more than 50 percent of the time. Complete the 120-day introductory period and PDIF training.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling)
- Ability to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Residency in the United States at the time of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of internet environments
- Ability to successfully complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class
