Job Summary
Provide onsite and remote support for print devices and related software, delivering repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance across a range of devices. Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication while ensuring all work meets SLA requirements and service delivery processes. Maintain accurate job documentation, system updates, and stock management, and proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer outcomes. Based in Maroochydore, this full-time role involves diagnosing print issues and maintaining devices to ensure minimal downtime. You will work with Konica Minolta and Kyocera solutions, supported by a team that values practical problem solving.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Print Technician or in a similar technical support role
- Strong experience diagnosing and repairing multi-function printers and print devices
- Solid understanding of print software and troubleshooting
- Current and valid driver's licence
- Blue Card (or ability to obtain one) for working with children
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available for onsite and remote support for print devices and related software
- Must be able to deliver repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance across a range of devices
- Must be able to build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and reliable service
- Must be able to ensure all work is completed in line with SLA requirements and service delivery processes
- Must be able to maintain accurate job documentation, system updates, and stock management
- Must be able to proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer outcomes
- Must be able to explain technical issues clearly
- Must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- Must be able to work in a hands-on technical role
- Must be able to undergo a National Police Check

- Exposure to IT environments
- Experience in production print environments
- Experience working with Konica Minolta and Kyocera devices/solutions
