Job Summary
Print Specialist responsible for color accuracy, print quality, and production feasibility across flexographic processes. Serves as the liaison between internal design, packaging, and production teams and external print vendors (domestic and overseas). Provides technical leadership in print processes and color management, reviews proofs and pre-production samples to ensure adherence to brand standards, manufacturing capabilities, and quality expectations. Advises on substrates, finishes, and ink behavior, and communicates technical feedback to achieve design intent in production. Establishes and upholds print and color standards, troubleshoots print and production issues, and acts as a technical resource to creative, product development, and packaging teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Print Production, Packaging, Communications, or a related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in print production, color management, packaging, or related production-focused roles
- Equivalent combination of education, experience and training acceptable
