Job Summary
Print Specialist responsible for maintaining printers’ specifications and ICC profiles, creating and managing the Design Execution FFU Brief with region-specific requirements, and ensuring designs are print-ready by conducting preflight and print feasibility checks. Responsibilities include reviewing color targets to align with printing capabilities, leading print production meetings, providing solutions for feasibility issues, contributing to design briefs, overseeing production runs (in-person or online), and ensuring final outputs meet FFU and budget targets. Collaborates with Design, Color Specialist, Graphic Specialist, and AW Delivery Specialist to ensure on-shelf execution aligned with approved print standards; works with MPD on printer qualification; leads Print Quality Management improvements and conducts periodic store checks. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree related to print/graphic design, proven printing/production experience, strong color management and Adobe Creative Suite skills, attention to detail, collaboration, adaptability, and proficiency in English and Portuguese.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in print in packaging, in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Print Production
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with color management tools
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards
- A creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas for artwork improvements and enhancements
- Advanced English & Portuguese Proficiency
