Job Summary
Lead print shop operations for large-format and grand-format production; supervise production workforce; coordinate proofs, approvals, and shipping; serve as the client contact for print specifications and production details; ensure projects are completed on time and within budget; train staff on shop procedures and equipment; oversee maintenance and upgrades of large-format printing equipment; manage inventory and supply organization; resolve customer issues professionally; support multiple departments and step into production roles as needed; on-site role in Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5+ years of experience in print production, large-format printing, or print shop operations
- Strong experience with grand-format and large-format printing workflows
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience supervising production teams
- Strong customer service and client communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
- Ability to clearly communicate production processes, job requirements, and technical instructions
- Strong understanding of print equipment, materials, and production capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer escalations professionally
