Job Summary
Unloads freight, moves and unpacks materials, envelopes, computer forms, paper, and supplies. Operates high-volume inserting equipment to process customer bill statements while ensuring proper postmarking and regulatory compliance. Conducts inventory and reports findings to the United States Postal Service on a recurring basis. Records and audits postage meter funds, verifies daily postage reports, and manages payment requests for various postage accounts. Assembles and meters Customer Welcome Packets for Great Plains Natural Gas Company and Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and one year of relevant experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship considered.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- One year experience in print shop, mailroom or freight operations
- Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorship considered
- Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks

- Experience with manual or powered freight moving equipment
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate and troubleshoot large volume inserting equipment
