Job Summary
Prepare and print order files using various software packages, executing transfers, wall clings, banners, and UV prints based on production schedules. Perform light maintenance on printers and dryer/shakers, including refilling inks, cleaning nozzles, monitoring powder levels, and draining oil. Monitor print quality, troubleshoot technical issues with hardware and software, and accurately track productivity, reprints, and errors. Cut, sort, and match transfers while maintaining materials and supplies inventory. Load and unload material rolls as needed. Work Monday through Friday from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM, with mandatory overtime potentially including weekends during peak season.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- At least 2-3 years of continued work experience
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers
- Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English
- Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills
