Print Production Worker - 1st Shift

Operate screen printing, heat transfer, and direct-to-garment machines to produce custom apparel, while managing wide-format printers and cutters for banners and signs. Inspect finished products for quality before delivery or customer pickup, and restock blank shirts, paper, and print materials to maintain workflow. Keep presses and equipment clean and organized throughout the shift. This role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds. Candidates must have reliable attendance and attention to detail, with screen printing or retail experience preferred. We are willing to train reliable candidates.
