Job Summary
Print Production Supervisor for 2nd shift responsible for operating and maintaining large-format digital inkjet printers (including UV Flatbed, Dye Sub, and Grand Format UV roll-to-roll). Direct and optimize the shift workflow to meet production goals, supervise 5-10 operators, enforce policies, reduce waste, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain color accuracy. Manage printer maintenance, troubleshoot issues, oversee inventory and supplies, ensure adherence to work instructions, and communicate status to management. Requires experience with large-format printing equipment, color management, RIP software, and familiarity with EFI/Durst/Reggiani/HP grand format printers; strong leadership and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with large-format print equipment
- Knowledge of UV, latex, heat press, or dye-sublimation printing processes
- Experience running and maintaining equipment in a production environment
- Color management and color profiling
- RIP software
- Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with EFI, Durst, Reggiani, or HP grand format printers a plus
- Supervisory experience with a small team (5-10 people)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Standing for long periods
- Attention to detail
- 2nd shift availability
