Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Print Production Specialist responsible for managing the print production process, from concept to delivery. Key responsibilities include overseeing workflow, creating print materials, reviewing digital files, and collaborating with management and customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of commercial printing processes, 2-4 years of relevant experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong project management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of commercial printing processes, including digital, wide format, promotional and specialty printing.
- 2-4 years of experience in print production, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of color management, paper stocks, file formats, and pre-press requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, and other relevant design software.
- Knowledge of EFI Fiery and EFI Fiery Impose preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
