Print production special

Print Production Specialist with 3–5 years of commercial print shop experience. Sets up and operates digital printing equipment efficiently, manages multiple jobs simultaneously to meet deadlines, performs quality control checks, operates bindery equipment (cutting, folding, laminating, booklet making, scoring, perforating, finishing), and packages completed orders for pickup or delivery. Maintains a clean, safe production area, troubleshoots minor equipment issues, and supports a high-volume, production-focused environment. Requires experience with Konica Minolta color/black & white digital presses, DTF printers, heat presses, and bindery machinery; strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
