Print Production Manager

Job Summary
Oversee print production workflow and liaise with clients and printers to ensure artwork changes and separation meet the original design intent across multiple packaging types. Provide technical instructions for artwork separation to Artworkers, train and mentor junior team members, specify tooling needs, and maintain brand colour standards and printer qualification records. Ensure timely, efficient artwork generation with strong quality assurance, and perform post-print analysis. Requires deep knowledge of reprographics, colour management, various print processes, and effective communication in English; Chinese language capability is required. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence at the Shanghai client office.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant Print Production experience in the print/creative industry
- Printing Systems knowledge across a broad range of package types
- Print and Repro knowledge with understanding of colour management / proofing systems
- Understanding of what is important to the client in the area of quality assurance
- Proficiency in English; Chinese language capability due to geographical requirements
