Job Summary
Print Production Designer responsible for creating and finalizing print-ready files for packaging, labels, and marketing materials; manage dielines, color management, and proofs; coordinate with print vendors to ensure production meets brand and quality standards; oversee file organization and version control; collaborate with Packaging Designer and Product Development to support new product launches and maintain cohesive brand identity across all printed assets.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in print production design
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Deep knowledge of print production processes including offset, flexographic, and digital printing
- Expert-level understanding of dielines, color separations, and print file preparation best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with project management and file-sharing platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Dropbox, or Google Drive
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external vendors
