Job Summary
Print Production Designer responsible for taking packaging, labels, and marketing materials from concept to finished print-ready files, ensuring accurate dielines, color management, proofreading, and alignment with brand guidelines. Requires coordination with print vendors, managing multiple projects to tight deadlines, and collaborating with Packaging Designer and Product Development to support new product launches. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and experienced with offset, flexographic, and digital printing, dielines, color separations, and file preparation for production. Strong attention to detail, organization, and cross-functional teamwork across internal teams and external vendors.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in print production design
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Deep knowledge of print production processes including offset, flexographic, and digital printing
- Expert-level understanding of dielines, color separations, and print file preparation best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with project management and file-sharing platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Dropbox, or Google Drive
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external vendors
