Print Production Analyst

Job Summary
Enter orders into production, issue, and revise instructions for manufacturing. Plan jobs through each department efficiently and effectively, coordinating production workflow from one department to the next using Monarch software. Deliver customer-supplied and other production materials while maintaining active communication with customers, sales, and manufacturing to provide job status updates. Facilitate resolution of production-related issues and check project progress to ensure specs, procedures, methods, and deadlines are met. Requires strong technical printing skills, project management abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Located in Moore, Tulsa, this role supports the planning team with a focus on offset and digital commercial printing processes.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical printing skills, especially as related to digital print - must understand layouts, equipment functionality, substrates knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through years of applicable work experience
- Strong project management skills, organizational skills and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of projects in a fast-paced environment
- Must work well in a team environment and have the ability to communicate needs and objectives with team members
- Able to apply broad work experience and knowledge when problem solving, analyze potential solutions and use good sound judgment to make decisions
- Strong attention to detail is required
- Must be proficient using computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (e-verify company)and successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background investigation
Desired Qualifications
- offset commercial printing: 3 years (Preferred)
- digital commercial printing: 2 years (Preferred)
- commercial print production: 3 years (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Enterprise print management software a plus
