Print & Product Designer for contract work in Boca Raton, FL. Own the design and production of high-quality printed materials across the business—from product packaging to in-center collateral—ensuring premium, consistent branding and performance-driven results. Responsibilities include design and production of product packaging, labels, and inserts; creating sales enablement materials (brochures, consultation guides, leave-behinds); developing in-center collateral (posters, signage, displays); executing direct mail and promotional print campaigns; maintaining brand consistency across physical assets; elevating look and feel of printed assets; balancing premium design with production constraints; and managing multiple projects with tight timelines. Requires a strong portfolio in print, packaging, and collateral design, deep understanding of print production, and ability to design for both brand and performance. On-site role in Boca Raton, 24-30 hours/week, hourly compensation $25.00-$30.00 with potential for Full-Time.
