Job Summary

Prepare and coordinate print jobs from setup through completion, operating high-speed laser and inkjet printers to produce single or multiple variable-data documents. Set up equipment, stage paper rolls, and perform routine preventive maintenance on printing presses and inline finishing tools like folders and stackers. Communicate with Client Services, Sales, and IT to ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines, while conducting quality checks and reprinting damaged documents. Maintain a clean, safe production environment and manage vendor relationships. Work Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 11:00pm in a fast-paced environment supporting secure, data-driven customer communications.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail, including inspecting files for font issues, image resolution, and defects
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed written and verbal instructions
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to pass drug screening, E-Verify, and background check

Desired Qualifications

  • Desktop, print, or copy experience preferred
  • Experience with continuous roll-fed equipment and DFEs (Fiery, Prisma, TotalFlow) a plus
  • Knowledge of USPS postal regulations a plus
  • Additional digital skills a plus (Adobe Acrobat, print equipment software, email, internet)
