Job Summary
Assemble jigs, obtain blueprints, set-up sheets, and ink for pad printing machines. Load parts onto turntable jigs, operate printers, and examine finished product for quality. Record job time and parts completed on paperwork, then package materials for shipping. Transport products to the shipping area manually or via pallet jack. Clean up machines and work areas as assigned. Ability to lift 10 to 40 pounds, read blueprints, and work in a fast-paced environment required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production area
- Ability to work efficiently on the various punch and print machines
- Ability to meet required production averages on job
- Ability to read a blueprint and fill out production paperwork
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
- Must be able to lift 10 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work effectively in a shared work environment as a member of a team workforce
- Must be able to reach, twist, bend, squat, push, pull and climb continuously as needed
