Job Summary
Dow Jones Printing Plant Apprenticeship Program offers a six-month immersive experience in print operations, combining traditional press work with mechanical and electrical maintenance exposure. Apprentices will learn press operations, color systems, quality control, and use CMMS for preventive/predictive maintenance; work with Variable Data Printing (VDP) and digital pre-press processes; contribute to efficiency and sustainability projects; and be paired with mentors in a live production environment in LaGrange, GA. The program emphasizes hands-on learning, structured coaching, and development across manufacturing and technology aspects of printing.
