Job Summary
Work as part of the Print & Mailing Services production team, assisting in all aspects of managing incoming/outgoing orders, finishing, shipping, delivery, and customer service. Responsibilities include stuffing mailings, assembling pieces by hand, operating light hand tools, catching off production machines, performing finishing operations (weeding, cutting, laminating, grommets, mounting to substrates), keeping the work area clean, solving problems, accurately measuring and placing graphics, and contributing to team-based workflow in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Requires being a current Liberty University student, ability to work 12-18 hours/week, weekday availability 8am–4:30pm, strong communication, organization, and computer skills, and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds; on-site, part-time role with opportunities to develop skills in production, customer service, and collaborative teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a current Liberty University student
- Must be able to work 12-18 hours per week
- Available to work during the weekdays between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm M-F
- Possess well-developed communications and critical thinking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Problem solving abilities to handle routine and complex tasks
- Regularly lift 50 or more pounds
- Ability to travel to off-site campus location (if applicable to role)
- Physical ability to sit/stand for long periods and to move about the building
