Job Summary
Print & Graphic Designer (Womenswear) at Next Sourcing for a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract. Design original print and graphic concepts for the Womenswear category, translate global fashion trends into commercially viable products, and apply hand-painting techniques alongside CAD work to create production-ready designs. Collaborate daily with buyers, sourcing teams, and external factories to ensure timely delivery within cost parameters and exact technical specifications. Role can be based from offices in London or Leicester with 2 days per week onsite; core hours 8am-6pm. Portfolio is required for consideration; sponsorship may be available per Home Office requirements. Sponsorship details: Candidates requiring sponsorship must meet Home Office sponsorship requirements. Applications are encouraged early as the role may close early. Required Qualifications
- Proven track record designing prints and graphics for womenswear or similar fashion retail/supplier environments
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent hand-painting skills
- Strong CAD capabilities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Portfolio attached demonstrating print and CAD work
- Sponsorship eligibility per Home Office requirements
