Print Customer Experience Professional

Communicate with customers via phone or in person to understand needs and concerns, then input and track orders, follow-up actions, and product availability into the CRM database. Identify potential customers using trade directories and internet searches, perform basic merchandising and order placements including creating plant/RDC orders, and prepare routine letters, memoranda, and reports for management. Alert management to resolve problematic customer issues and recommend process changes based on feedback while maintaining relationships with sales staff. This role supports Veritiv's packaging and print solutions by ensuring on-time delivery and fostering customer loyalty through accurate order processing and inventory management.
