Job Summary
Manage personnel, project objectives, and schedules for PCB design, engineering, assembly, and production while developing customized engineering solutions for complex customer requirements. Lead the team in creating PCB designs and fabrication, managing component files, and maintaining a safe operating environment by adhering to OSHA and EPA regulations. Direct officer training courses and interface with internal and external procurement vendors to define specific components and timelines. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot PCB fabrication and assembly equipment, interpret schematics, and perform 100% quality inspections including x-ray inspection of reflowed and reworked boards. Assist engineers on new designs and provide assembly insight. Conus and Oconus travel may be required 5% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering
- 12 years of relevant experience
- 16 years of work experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Poly experience
- Experience managing manual and machine-enabled printed circuit board assembly
