Job Summary
Lead the strategy and execution of user experience design for global enterprise solutions focused on distributed energy management, demonstrating accountability and ownership of outcomes. Translate research into customer-centric design decisions; design end-to-end experiences from concepts to high-fidelity prototypes using Figma; contribute to scalable design systems and component libraries; collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to align UX with business priorities in an agile setting; champion accessible and inclusive design; mentor other designers/researchers; drive continuous improvement in usability and customer satisfaction; explore AI-enabled design workflows and ensure effective design handoffs with stakeholders. Emphasis on enterprise SaaS/technology platforms in the utilities/energy domain, with experience in systems thinking, governance of design systems, and leadership across large programs.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in UX design and research
- Proven ability to lead UX initiatives across large-scale, cross-functional programs
- Expertise in user research methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience working in agile environments
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive design and accessibility standards
- Travel: 0–20%
