Job Summary
Lead enterprise infrastructure architecture, design, and lifecycle management for server, storage, virtualization, cloud, and endpoint systems. Develop standards for security, performance, and disaster recovery while serving as technical lead for complex projects including migrations and modernization. Implement Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and backup solutions, then monitor capacity and reliability to drive automation. Conduct root cause analysis for critical outages, manage vendor relationships, and provide Level 3 support via on-call rotation. Mentor IT staff, deliver technical training, and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Technology or Computer Sciences or similar education
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, architecture and long term technology strategy
- Automation and infrastructure optimization
- Technical leadership and/or mentoring
- Cloud infrastructure (Azure/Microsoft 365)
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a repeatedly on a regular basis
- Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day
- Bend, stand, squat, twist repeatedly
