Principle Scaffolding Specialist

Lead, supervise, and coordinate all scaffolding operations across KBR-EPCM-managed project sites, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, CISRS standards, and OSHA regulations. Act as the technical authority for scaffolding works by reviewing and approving method statements, risk assessments, and permit-to-work documents. Monitor daily activities including erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling while verifying the competency and certification of all team members. Coordinate with contractors to align works with the construction schedule and serve as the focal point for scaffolding-related issues. Conduct regular inspections, compliance checks, and safety audits to maintain detailed records and ensure full traceability. Lead and monitor daily scaffolding operations, including erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling.
