Job Summary
Lead complex packaging projects from concept through implementation, managing full project lifecycles, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements while coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, and external partners. Monitor progress against milestones, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews. Select and oversee contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and compliance, leading project meetings to communicate status and guide team delivery. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, delivering results on time, within scope, and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline
- Significant experience managing complex packaging or engineering projects within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, planning tools, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
- Proven ability to manage external suppliers and contractors
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results
- Fluent English communication skills
