Job Summary
Provide supply chain industry guidance to account executives when closing new deals with prospective customers in the Manufacturing industry or expanding partnerships with existing ones. Demonstrate RELEX software strengths, consult on best initial practice solution design, and conduct discovery workshops to understand customer situations and future aims. Prepare and deliver solution presentations, calculate business cases, and manage formal responses to RFIs and RFPs while articulating how the solution differs from competition. Support newly signed customers through their transition into the project phase and ensure continuity in pre-sales solution guidance to the operations team. This role focuses on becoming a trusted advisor through open engagement and challenging customer thinking constructively. You will work within a growing global team with a primary focus on the Nordics, requiring travel if needed. Fluency in English is required, with Finnish, Swedish, or other Nordic languages as an advantage.

- At least 3-5 years' experience with a consumer-packaged goods manufacturer or consultancy/software provider focused on the Manufacturing and / or supply chain industry
- Excellent understanding of RELEX's key solution areas including Forecasting & Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Rough Cut Capacity Planning, Master Production Scheduling, and S&OP
- Willingness to travel in Nordics if needed
- Addition to English language skills you bring either Finnish, Swedish or other Nordics language skills
