Principle Facilities Specialist

Plan, execute, and document preventative maintenance tasks, systems repairs, and facilities sustainment works to ensure all building systems remain in optimal working condition. Perform general maintenance utilizing a thorough understanding of safety practices and facilities systems while solving problems and communicating with vendor partners and stakeholders. Manage timely response to building needs through effective oversight. This role supports a small Facilities Support Team within Nightwing, a leading provider of full-spectrum cyber and intelligence mission support services headquartered in Dulles, VA. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
