Job Summary

Serve as the highest-level technical expert within Platform Operations, providing authoritative guidance on SPAM, CPaaS Registrations, Connectivity, and Routing. Act as the final point of escalation for complex operational, technical, and customer-impacting issues requiring deep specialty expertise. Define the long-term technical roadmap for the specialty area, forecast capacity, and translate business, regulatory, and ecosystem requirements into scalable operational solutions. Monitor customer usage patterns, traffic behavior, and performance bottlenecks to proactively identify risk patterns and design mitigation strategies. Mentor senior engineers, guide cross-functional teams on technical direction, and represent operational concerns in product, architecture, and partner discussions.
