Job Summary
The Principal Decisioning Architect will lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex decisioning strategies using the Pega Decisioning platform. Responsibilities include leading the architecture of Pega Decisioning solutions, defining and optimizing business rules and decision logic, improving decisioning strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration and at least 7 years of experience in decision architecture or related roles.

- 7+ years as a decisions architect or in a similar technical role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Visio
- Understanding of data analysis
- Machine learning knowledge
