Job Summary
Design and develop total rewards programs of the highest complexity by consulting with senior business and HR leaders to create compensation solutions. Analyze internal and external market data, model reward program changes, and monitor legal and regulatory requirements while integrating initiatives with performance and talent management processes. Manage multi-country compensation and benefits projects, lead multiple programs simultaneously, and deliver guidance on financial and legal outcomes. Partner with vendors to manage benefits delivery and contribute to integration strategies for MADO transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources
- Demonstrated experience serving as a trusted compensation consultant to senior business and HR leaders
- Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional compensation initiatives and projects
- Complete systematic understanding of total rewards systems, as well as other HR functions
- Advanced knowledge of the regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation and benefits, including emerging legislation
- Superior communication, leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills
- Exceptional financial and business acumen
- Excellent project management, problem solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to execute a project within the scope of overall strategies
- Meets the licensing or certification requirements of the relevant country or region (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) in the US)
- Must be available for hybrid work (2 days per week from an HPE office)
- Must be located near an HPE office, preferably in Houston, TX
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
